I believe effective learning begins with understanding the people who will use it—their needs, their work, and the conditions in which performance actually happens. I combine learning strategy, technology, and practical problem-solving to create solutions that build confidence, support performance, and make work better.
Continuous improvement is central to my approach. I bring curiosity and resourcefulness to every project, looking for opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen performance, and make better use of existing resources. That includes thoughtfully exploring how AI and emerging technologies can improve learning and work, often through practical, low- or no-cost solutions.
